While we carry many common parts, because there are so many different models of computers, we may have to special order parts which can take anywhere from 2-5 business days to arrive. Diagnostics

We take the time to thoroughly inspect every computer for any and all issues. We charge a flat diagnostic fee of $75.

Tune-Up

All computers need regular tune-ups. If a computer starts to exhibit performance or operational issues, it could be the result of a corrupt operating system. We use industry standard software utilities to correct such issue. We also go through all system setting to ensure that they are optimized for our customer's needs.

Malware Removal

While it's true that Macs don't get viruses, they are susceptible to malware called adware, which exhibits itself in the form of a web browser pop-up or window. Oftentimes, you web browser will lock up on one page, or you'll receive a notice asking you to call a phone number to pay a certain high sum to have alleged malware removed. This is a scam. Do not call the number. Instead, call us. We know exactly what to do to remove it and prevent it.

Hard Drive Replacement

A suddenly slow or unresponsive computer could indicate a failing hard drive. The sooner we can replace it, the better. Otherwise, there is a high risk of data loss. Hard drive failure is often the result of overheating which can be caused by improper system settings or dust. If a hard drive starts making knocking or clicking sounds, it has likely endured a mechanical hardware failure and will need to be sent to a data recovery lab to recover any data. Remember, keeping an external backup of important files is the best precaution one can take to prevent data loss.

Screen Repair

We replace Apple desktop and laptop displays, including entire display assemblies, LCD screens, and glass panels. 

Data Recovery

We can recover data from most failed hard drives. Whether or not we can recovery some or all data depends on the severity of the drive failure.

Water Damage Repair

If your Apple laptop is exposed to lots of water, bring it into us as soon as possible so that we can remove the moisture before it starts to corrode the circuity. This is much more effective than letting it sit in a bag of rice. While we make no guarantees, we do have success with water damage repairs through ultrasonic cleaning, and the earlier we can remove the moisture, the better your chances.
